Gallon Girls

To support Holly in her fight against breast Cancer a group was formed called Gallon Girls. The name was thought of because people taking chemo have to drink a gallon of water a day to keep the chemo from damaging their kidneys. Shirts were designed for the group to raise money for breast cancer and to wear in October at the Race for the Cure event in Tupelo. Ainsley and Ann Elise wore their shirts to school August 10, 2012 when their Aunt Holly had her 3rd chemo treatment. She only has one to go!! Can't wait to say NO MO CHEMO!!

Cheernastics

Cheernastics has started back too. This is Ainsley's and Ann Elise's 2nd year to take from Mrs. Linda Herndon and Lily Grace's 1st year. They have so much fun learning cheers, dances and gymnastics.

1st Day of Pre-K

Ainsley had her first day of Pre-K at Uptown Kids August 6, 2012. She is growing up too fast!

Gigi's 60th Birthday

My Mama turned 60 on July 27, 2012. We went to eat at the Friendshiip House aka Bill & Jim's, then came back to our house for birthday cupcakes and presents.

PawPaw's 65th & Wes' 15th Birthday

July is a busy birthday month for us. The Martin's all went to Longhorn in Amory to celebrate PawPaw's 65th birthday (July 25th) and Wes' 15th birthday (July 28). We had a great meal and a lot of laughs. What more could you ask for?

4th of July

Our 4th of July celebration with the Martin family is always filled with water guns and water balloons, which mean wet clothes EVERY year! The fireworks were a little dangerous because Prentiss likes to tape them to a cardboard box, so we had a mini fire to start the show. After the fire was under control the Martin men shot the rest of the fireworks, but the Martin women and girls ran back inside for safety.
